Inactive Request
Inactive Status may be requested for one year at a time,(
Inactive Request Form & $35 fee must be submitted) it is designed to give
licensees extended time for medical, family, military service or other
unusual circumstances leave from practice. You cannot practice RT while on
Inactive Status.
To return to active practice, proof of competency for the time on
Inactive status must be submitted. Please see the rules in the
Documents and Forms section for more
